The stone, or rather the CEPPO, is the great passion of Cretti Marmi which is handed down from generation to generation!
The company, which gas always been family run, has been in business since 1900 in their own quarries from which they mine the two varieties of Ceppo material: Poltragno and Brecciola.
Ceppo is a unique natural stone, of glacial origin, suitable for a broad range of uses in the building industry and, especially, for outdoor use since the natural shades of the stone can be used to achieve unique chromatic effects.
The quarries offer premium material and thus can satisfy even the most demanding requirements of our customers.
In addition to Ceppo, Cretti Marmi expanded its production, to process and manufacture products made of domestic and foreign granite, marble, natural stones and stone materials in general.
In addition to quarries, the company also owns a sawmill for cutting blocks and a workshop for finishing the stone material (on request, it can also offer laying).

What do we produce? Paneling, flooring, stairs, sills, thresholds, columns, benches, street furniture and anything else we can make to meet our customers’s requirements.
How do we process and finish? Sanding and sealing, polishing, resin coating, hammering, flaming and much more.

The material’s physical/chemical/technical/structural details (strength, porosity, breaking, etc.) are certified by the chemical laboratory of the Milan Polytechnic.
In 2012 we were awarded the recognition “Pietre originali della Bergamasca (original stones of the Bergamo area” by the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce.
